Breakfast: they charge you for eggs. A lot of noise

The proprty is not higher standard. Thexstaff is not veru helpful and i had problem communicate because they speak poor english.vi had a room with city view which was a view of ugly buildings. I don't think i will be back here. We travel a lot so i have been in many hotels tjis one is not the best.

This is a modern, nice looking hotel. The rooms are large and well designed, beds good and shower nice. The staff at reception were excellent, very helpful and very nice. It was the strongest point. On the down side, a towel hook, the shower hand rail and hot winter nozzle were all loose. They need to up their maintenance because it’s a shame to have such a nice room but these issues. Also we had a dirty hand towel they did replace. Finally, it was noisy in terms of hearing things from room above in terms of chairs being pulled across the room. I did the same thing. All I hey need is to put the felt pads on the bottom. But all in all a nice place and we felt ok in the immediate vicinity. They correctly warned us not to be careless with our phones. And they set up an excellent tour

The staff though polite but not very accommodating. No was the answer for most of the requests. We were coming back for one more day after our Iguazu trip but they refused to hold our luggage for 24 hours.

We like the size of room, cleanliness, the bed and the shower. Very nice an comfortable.

Habia mucho ruido d la habitación de ariba todos los Dias no se puede pedir comida lo empleado por la noche tenian un vacilon que no era profesional.
