Great location. 24-hour security. Modern building. Helpful and flexible staff. Stable Internet connection good for VPN. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again!

This is not a hotel. It seems to be a few rooms in a residential building. There are NO services. Please investigate. I am surprised it was listed on your web site. I did not stay there. I left immediately and am requesting a full refund.

I wouldn't stay there again
Posted 12 Mar 2017 on HotelsService has come down sharply. The rooms are not clean and in pretty bad shape: door knobs fall off in your hands, walls are dirty, furniture is scarce and in not such a good shape. The area and the swimming pool are great, but don't compensate for the bad service and terrible conditions of the rooms. I wouldn't stay there again.

Excelent location but needs maintenace
Posted 22 Feb 2017 on HotelsFlaat del Polo still is an excelent place to stay. We have stayed there several times. Excelent location, nice amenities (swimming pool and gym included) and very good looks. The downside is that the apartment we stayed in is not in such a good shape. The walls are scratched, the wooden floor needs repair, the refrigerator freezer is loaded with frost, and so on.
