Beautiful hotel but hotel didn’t have rollaway bed ready even though we checked in at 2am. Breakfast was disappointing

Very dated hotel. Loud, couldn’t sleep. I was in room 122, between the noise of the bar, the street and morning constructions for two nights in a row, I had to check out early and move to another hotel in order to get some sleep.

Whilst the property is aesthetically pleasing it is otherwise lacking the details and service of a 5* hotel. Rollaway bed not ready when we checked in, we had to carry our heavy bags upstairs ourselves in our duplex room, TV not working, loud construction noises all morning and worst omelette and cappuccino. Minibar and services extortionately priced compared to the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. We won’t be staying here again.

Food & bev: fantastic
Vibe: super nice
Spa: too small and they charge extra for a lot of stuff that should be included (for example a simple bath)
