The staff and service are impeccable. The bar is a wonderland which is second to the sitting room that has glorious dark wood and dim lighting. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the turndown service offers delicious sweet. I was greeted at the front desk with an offer of champagne . That just let me know that this is an exceptional boutique hotel. Security and bell service lets you know that you are entering a 5 star hotel when you first arrive. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are kind, thoughtful and extremely pleasant. Just walking around the hotel you feel warmth instead of just cold glass and steel that you sometimes get from large hotel chains. The bottom line is that this hotel ( “ The Hotel Casa Lucia ) is an excellent hotel and I will be staying there on my return.

Casa Lucia is the place to stay when visiting buenos aires, it is located in a beautiful , safe and convenient area, staff is super attentive and professional, the restaurant and bar offers excellent dining within a relaxed atmosphere. We did not have time to take advantage of the pool or spa . Room was a bit small but had everything necessary except an steam iron which I requested and within minutes they delivered one. They were extremely accommodating with check out and very nicely gave us extra time as our flight departed towards the end of the day. Thank you so much! We will be back.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly and extremely helpful staff who go above and beyond. Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The included breakfast is of a very high quality and the hotel facilities are very good. The gym is typically very small for a hotel, so if like us you want to do more than some cardio probably best to look elsewhere on that front.

Beautiful hotel, great service. Staff made every effort to meet any needs I had, as I was there for two weeks. The best area, quite elegant street in a great part of town. I was a woman traveling alone, and felt completely safe. Shout out to the bell staff, particularly Daniel. Always watching out for me. Gorgeous lobby and the breakfasts were delicious.

Highly recommend this hotel
This is a very comfortable hotel in a nice part of Buenos Aires. What really stood out for us was the excellent staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful and all issues we reported with our room were dealt with promptly. We had a little problem at check-out as there were charges on our bill that were not ours. It was surprising that it took the staff about 15 minutes to resolve this problem. It was clear there wasn’t a central system they could check to see if we had signed for the charges in question or not and manual checks with the restaurant and a search for physical signed bills was needed. Both the restaurant and bar offer good options at very reasonable prices. We recommend having dinner at La Cantina and drinks with tapas in La Club Bacan. The hotel is interesting as it had just opened but it must have been a hotel before as it was clear it wasn’t all new. But the decoration of the rooms and public spaces was good and the room we had was a very good size with an excellent bed and pillows.
