I recently stayed at the Carles Hotel in Buenos Aires and found the location to be excellent, offering easy access to key city sites. The staff was fantastic—friendly and attentive throughout my stay. While the room was comfortable, it could have been cleaner, and there were a few maintenance issues, such as a broken toilet seat and a faulty remote control, which detracted slightly from the experience. Overall, the hotel’s great location and staff make it a good option, but room upkeep could be improved.

Staff is fun and engaging, Estefanía at the front desk is kind and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious with great view. Bed and pillows were pretty good. Shower excellent. Breakfast is good. Coffee is typical hotel, not bad, not great.

My stay at this property was wonderful! The best part was the staff. Every single person I encountered was there to be of service and was willing to do anything to make our stay be amazing. I loved the staff at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Very nice, the staff were very nice,, spoke great English! Very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were nice, and looked out to the city! Street noise was not heard from the room!
