Location is good, but too loud street noicy. Cornerbuilding with constantly busses stopping and gearing up. slightly outdated furniture and very poor and old kitchen equipment. Good internet and safety. Good water pressure and good AC. Configuration of the rooms vary a lot with the pictures

Toda la experiencia fue fácil y sin estrés. El personal fue muy servicial y amable. Mi apartamento estaba limpio y tranquilo. ¡Gracias Valeria por todo!

Thankfully we were granted early check in without charge, however had to change room because size and configuration of the apartment were different. 1 1/2 bedroom not full 2 bedrooms and ill configured bathroom. Staff answered and reacted fast and helps us change room and extra towles. only problem with the building it is located on a corner right by traffic light and loud buslane during the week.

The apartment itself is great. Cleaning people are rude. They threatened to call the police because we weren’t ready for 11am checkout when we clearly had Expedia VIP Gold status and qualified for extended checkout. They also don’t replace towel frequently and forget about you when you ask. There was blood on the sheets and we had problems getting them changed. Other than that, loved the place.

I was unaware of this property not been a hotel. No lobby or reception. No gym or snacks water or food available. We were told at arrival elevator was broken an unit was at10th floor. I have recent foot surgery so I was unable to go up on stairsI contact Expedia and they told me property hung up phone since no English was spoken. After been there finding options elevator got fixed. My impression was the lady receiving us was unable or didn’t have access to unlock the elevator since was very late at night. Another person then arrived and elevator started working!! The are very positive aspects of the place like been clean updated and well located.

thank you very much for choosing us .byblos palermo soho is modern concept of apartment for temporary rent .we provide service 24/7we delivery apartment in 2nd floor, but you prefer to stay in 10th floor .the elevator was reset by our handyman in 5 minutes .best regards

Las condiciones del lugar son buenas, podrían mejorar el aspecto de los baños y tener adaptadores universales para cargar electrónicos. Además ayudaría mucho tener servicio de taxis

Gracias por compartir su opinión con nosotros, para nosotros también fue caótico tener una huésped como usted que trato de mala manera al personal en turno por no tener estufa aunque se le ofrecía frazadas y la unidad cuenta con aire acondicionado y también los trato mal por que no le funcionaba su cargador, esperamos encuentre un lugar en el mundo acorde a sus expectativas
