The apartment looks nice, and the floor was clean. But the sheets were dirty and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. There wasnt enough toilet paper and the shampoo&conditioner were empty. When we request missing amenities be replenished, we were told you only get one roll of toilet paper per stay.

The room looked very nice, and it was spacious. The kitchen had enough supplies for simple cooking. The bed was soft on one side and hard on the other. The hard side was perfect for me. As with almost everywhere in Buenos Aires, there were some plumbing inconveniences: there was no hot water in the kitchen sink, the drain in the bathroom sink was extremely slow, and the shower floor was not sloped correctly, so I had to buy a squeegee and push the water into the drain after every shower. Also, there was quite a lot traffic noise, and a lot of very loud buses passed by on the street day and night. It was especially loud on Saturday nights with people partying and yelling. I was awakened many times, but the bed was comfortable, so I was able to fall back asleep. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay and I would stay there again.

Overall good but had some faults
The apartment was as shown in the picture, spacious with a large shower, double bed (firm mattress) and kitchen with basic utensils provided. The location was decent. There is a Western Union, metro station, supermarket, laundry and gym all within an 8 minute walk. There are some local restaurants that were good for lunch and breakfast. You are about 30 minutes away from Palermo by taxi. The kitchen had 2 electric hobs, a microwave, kettle and toaster, 3 glasses, 3 tea cups and some cooking utensils and pots/pans. I was able to check in early which was appreciated, towels and basic toiletries were provided. There were however a number of faults with the property. The shower leaked into the bathroom, the rails to hang the hand towel and the shower towel both broke when I put a towel on them. The kettle leaked water (this was replaced upon request within 24 hours), there was some minor dust/cobwebs that had not been cleaned. Overall the apartment was nice, and the small inconveniences could be overlooked.
