Room was not clean with make up and unknown substances on back of bathroom door and on bathroom walls. Overhead vent in bathroom was caked with dirt and dust. Several light fixtures did not work in room as well as AC unit wouldn’t turn on. Vent cover in sleeping area was hanging from ceiling and broken. Walls were thin and you could hear other people making noise all night. Homeless people were walking around the property and in the hallways and to top it off cockroaches were found crawling on top of night stand when we woke up the next morning. We got in late the first night of our two night stay so didn’t really have a choice and stayed the night. Next morning woke up and checked out immediately. The staff did apologize and reimbursed use the second nights fees but made no attempt to credit us anything for conditions of our first nights stay. Hotel needs to be completely renovated and better staff hired to clean rooms properly. I would not recommend this hotel especially for families with children.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We found a full syringe in our bed between the mattress and sheet. Obviously the maids never changed the bedding. Alot of questionable people there. A group of people were at the bottom of the stairs from my room every morning and very obvious they were high as I leave for work at 430 am. Always people smoking pot place stinks of it. Trash cans are always spilling over because they are constantly full. And someone had there car stolen out of the parking lot the other night. There are better places that are way cheaper then this place. Place is filthy and disgusting. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

I loved the day and evening staff our first few days but the remaining 3 days of staff was not as helpful or pleasant. The facility had many homeless around and even a note found on the floor with a phone number soliciting adult behavior so we never felt fully safe outside of protecting ourselves. The jacuzzi was not on the proper timer after numerous requests to the maintenance team however was an easy fix for the evening staff for the first few days but the end of our trip had another staff member who almost refused to help even commenting that “it was 9pm already” to his boss when he finally called for help yet the pool hours were until 10 pm. This particular evening staff member had other moneys of being unpleasant and non helpful so that was a bummer. The grounds were full of cigarette butts and dog poop often left in the grass areas. The propane bbq was broken but I did appreciate that the bbq was still available via use of charcoals so we were still able to cook there. Breakfast was minimal but any is appreciated. Two cereal options, apple and orange juice, toast and bagels was all I saw. My kids saw some babel cheese put out one morning and they liked those but we rarely ate breakfast there. I’d stay here again only because of location near Knotts berry farm as well as the staff for the first 3 days of our trip but otherwise, the scores are pretty much average.
