I needed a 6 person room. The hotel did not disappoint. Nice location. Breakfast and parking included. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

It was freezing this weekend and booked this hotel for the jacuzzi area … even when we checked in I said I can’t wait to get there!! So run upstairs and well the jacuzzi felt like ice cold water … it was broke and he didn’t even say anything :/ they did raise the pool temp but it was still cold … I advise if you want sleep in this hotel then request the 4th floor!!!!! The room above us had some wild kids that I thought were coming through the ceiling until midnight and back at it at 5 freaking am!! Worst experience at a place ever.

Everything good,Knotss Berry Farm 10 mins away... nice stay with family, I would recommend it......

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Free parking.
Hot tub was out of order. The door over the mini fridge was loose (hinges coming loose). One of the lights in our room was flickering on and off.
