We stayed in Room 327. Lack of amenities in the room. No microwave. The design for the bathroom wasn't efficient for cleanliness: the distance of the toilet bowl is an inch away from where they placed the towels, at first glance it appears clean but when you inspect the corner of sink, it was dirty. They only clean the outside but not the sides of the sink.

The place wasn’t bad but I don’t think it meets the rating that got me booked. I think the rating would be correct if we were rating only 3 start hotels. First of all there was only 1 elevator that is only accessed from one side of the hotel. I parked on the other side Without the elevator access so I decided to try to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. My room was all the way to the at the end where I was trying to get in. Unfortunately I couldn’t get in even with a key (no entry). Not upscale by any means but it wasn’t dirty at all. Pictures look way better than what I saw.
I only experienced the guy working the front desk. He was great I have no problem with staff. The place was good enough for me for a 1 night stay. Place was ok at best for me.
