As soon as walked inside the room I felt like it was not sanitized correctly. The bath tub had a huge dirt ring all over. The curtain had thum tags to hold it and n place and my son had step on one. On the day of our check out as we double checked to make sure we are not forgetting anything I open a drawer and I found the drawer was full of needles and let m tell you it could of got ugly just because I had my kids and they could of got into it. When I let the clerk know of the situation it seemed as if he was not surprised of the situation.If I could get in contact with management I would like a refund for at least one of my night

The stuff are very rude people and unprofessional they don’t care at all they trash

Room was awful, dirty, pretty sure no one cleaned it prior to us arriving and had roaches but the staff was nice. Parking is pretty tough at night as well. It gets packed there.

Liked that is was cheaper than other facilities near Knott's Berry Farm and that the management is very friendly and helpful. However the rooms were not very clean. Bathroom had lots of mold and the floors turned our bare feet black.

front desk agent was extremely friendly and made the process super easy and simple to check in and out.room was very clean and had great blackout curtains.

Has roaches and bed bugs my daughter got bit up and upon tell hotel staff he stayed would tell manage completely lied
