Check in was fast. We were placed on the 3rd floor. At night after checking in to our room, I could not sleep the whole night since the room was smelling food. It seems like chefs were preparing food for the next day. At 2:30am I tried to call the lobby for them to transfer me to another room, but the room phone was not working. Then I had no choice but to open the glass door and freeze since temperatures were around 40*. I had a terrible night and ended up becoming sick from the cold. In the morning, I went to check out and expressed my concerns with the staff, her response was "sorry you felt that way, here is your bill"! WOW! Disgusting customer service! Never ever staying at this hotel. NEVER!

Property needed a little bit of updating to the wood structures outside..but other than that it was a nice property.

The food an the room serive. in the room we don’t have shampoo or body wash. I call to reception and they never show up… We go to the restaurant and the foos was ewful…
