You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 300.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 29 February, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 March - 30 June, EUR 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 July - 31 August, EUR 1.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 September - 31 October, EUR 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 115.00 per accommodation, per stay
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per person, per week
• Utility fee: EUR 30.00 per person, per week

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for in-room wireless internet: EUR 30.00 per week (rates may vary)
• Pet fee: EUR 50.00 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 25.00 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee
