Very pleasant and efficient reception staff, clean rooms, fresh modern decor, excellent fresh and varied buffet breakfast, convenient location for public transport.

Great breakfast
I was expecting to pay for my booking on arrival , but my card had already been charged. They didnt seem able to remedy this .
Reception helpful on other things ie directions etc

It was a convenient for a one night stay next to the station I arrived in. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was situated close to the railway station which gave easy access to the public transport network enabling getting around easy.
The reception staff were very welcoming & helpful.
The room was compact but functional & immaculately clean when we arrived.
There weren’t any frills added like a welcoming bottle of water in the room or tea/coffee making facilities which was disappointing.
However the breakfast was good with cold & warm options available.
There were plenty of restaurants & fast food places within easy walking distance as no meals other than breakfast are served here.
There was a mini bar in the room which was chargeable but there was also a spar supermarket on the corner within a few metres to stock ip eith snacks & drinks.
