Historical and classical! Great breakfast and courteous staff. Area surrounding hotel is not as clean as we expected.

Close to public transportation. I had a room facing an interior courtyard which was very quiet. Liked the high ceilings in the room. Did not like the musty smell in the corridors. Only hotel I have stayed in so far that was unable to offer early check in.

Staff were great, especially the front desk and wait staff
The room was clean but could be better without carpetz

The stay was great. The room was comfortable. The room was always clean coming back from a long day. The hospitality was great. Very warm people and happy to speak with them.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and approachable, the food is excellent, i was treated very respectfully, would definitely use this hotel again.

the property is great and the staff very helpful. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the river.
However, the metro is just out the front door and on main tram lines.
