Hands down, the worst accommodation experience of my life. ONLY BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE DESPERATE AND HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. This was a last-minute booking. Within five days, the host sent me 18 emails with contradicting check-in times. This excessive communication felt like harassment. The host required me to download an app for online check-in, which I did at the airport before my flight. Despite informing the host of a three-hour delay, I didn’t receive the access codes. Forced to pay for emergency accommodation, I received the codes at 8 am the next day. Expedia contacted the host for a refund of the first night's stay, which was refused despite their failure to provide the codes on time. The Expedia listing omits additional fees: 10 EUR for late check-in, 25 EUR cleaning fee, and 50 EUR late check-out fee. I refused to pay these undisclosed charges. The apartment seemed clean at first, but the shower was grimy, and I found a cockroach on my first night. On the second night, a leak from the bathroom ceiling occurred. I informed the host via WhatsApp. She knocked on my door the next day, and despite asking her to wait five minutes, she persisted and angrily forced her way in. The following day, the cleaning lady entered my room without permission to take a pillow while I was undressed. This was the second disturbance by staff. I would not book this apartment again due to: - Unfriendly, unprofessional host (Esme) - Poor communication - Dirty facilities - Cockroach infestation

They made it so difficult to stay there ,everything was extra ,when I read the other reviews I booked another room .25 to clean the room ,10 to book in late , forms to fill in , I thought the customer was king ! Terrible , really unhelpful

Pro ; property management was very nice and prompt to answer any queation . Location is great close to " Westend End Mall " close to public transportations including Subway. The apartment was nice and clean and comfortable at time of my arrival.Security is good. Cameras recording the entrance and hallway. Con; The place is noisy ! I could clearly hear my neighbors normal conversation or whatever they were doing. Must slam shutt the doors to be able to lock them behind you so that is very disturbing especially in the middle of the night. Room housekeeping is very limited almost none. No laundry. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron is available at the end of the hallway. The apartment has very strict rules that you must complie with. No guests are allowed unless you pay extra for. Your extensive data is collected prior to occupying the apartment. The place is good for the price. I'll give it two and a half stars. ,,..Subway.SubwaSubway

Worst experience ever! The guy demanded that I pay a cleaning fee that is even way more than the actual booking fee. This is very deceiving and I honestly feel like this is extortion! I am never going back there again!

The Guest Booked through Hotel.com where it is clearly indicated that there are mandatory fees to be paid upon check in or check out. 8500 HUf Cleaning Fee. Although we prooved the guest that the fee has to be paid as indicated the geust left without paying. We also dont want to have you as a guest again.

Sadly the apartments were all money money motivated... I have stayed in many apartments but never been charged for cleaning!!! They wanted to charge for moving in early or departing late ... during the 6 days I saw a cleaner once to be handed a black bin bag and a toilet roll ... not impressed at all

Pictures are very deceiving on size of apartment. Staff shouting through the door to get out 30 minutes before check out time and demanding payment for the taxes and final cleaning fee the morning after we arrived. Would not recommend.
