Paper thin walls and curtains that don't close all the way made for a really horrible night's sleep.

This was our first Candlewood stay. We were pleasantly surprised! There were quite a few shopping/dining options available. Both Dutch Bros and Starbucks were a short walk away and the staff was extremely friendly!!
The only downfall was the weird smell in the elevator we couldn’t figure out, but the stairs are always an option.

Right off the hwy/toll roads close to lots of great food options and comfortable rooms

Check in staff was very nice and explained all the amenities available. Asked night staff for makeup remover wipes since I forgot mine and she brought some to my room and included a cleansing face soap… nice touch. Overall a great stay!!

No water for almost 24 hours. (No shower or toilet) No housekeeping unless staying more than 7 days. Room was pretty clean in places, not so in others.

I would like to start by apologizing to you for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. The main water line at the hotel burst early Saturday morning, causing there to be no water for 7 hours. We did reach out to a plumbing company who came the same day to resolve the issue. I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again to show you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception.
