This was my second visit to the hotel this year and it was even better than i remembered!

I will say the amenities in this hotel are amazing. I’d probably come back to utilize the facility but probably not to stay. For over $400/night there shouldn’t be any noise issue in the rooms and unfortunately I was woken up super early on vacation to a work out class a floor under me. I understand that this is a multi use hotel/gym and love the idea but for the price someone’s paying for a room, I’d expect better noise cancelling rooms.

Hi Angela. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations during recent visit. Having club & hotel located in the same building does allow hotel guests to become members of our luxury athletic club but high athletic energy does come with certain disruptions when club is open. We do recommend to guests sensitive to nose to stay in level 5 to remedy this.

I prepaid for my stay through Expedia. I provided my credit card at checkin for incidentals. They said they would only charge $300, which would be released after checkout. They ended up charging my card over $2000, which tied up a lot of my funds that I needed on my trip. My bank ended up locking my card temporarily because they thought it was fraudulent activity. Terrible communication and customer service. The hotel was very clean and the food at the restaurant was good. The pool is extremely crowded and not kid friendly. They do have a bar near the pool, but no food/drink service at your seats.

We see that your card was authorized for incidentals( 100 per night) but declined for F&B charges( 300+) therefore we contacted you regarding additional authorization. All authorizations expect for 2 declined, total authorizations we are showing 782.26- for restaurant and resort fee charges. We apologize if these authorizations were not explained when you arrived.
