I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a couch. No couch. Called front desk to get roll away bed, none available. Went to pool. Room key wouldnt allow access. Front desk clerk had to open the door. Spa was at a whopping 67 degrees and the pool was even colder.

Would stay here again. Did ask for a king size bed and got double queens but that’s okay! Everything was awesome. Thank you!

No coffee pot, no ice bucket, no cable or way to watch TV, room was dirty, couch was disgusting, bathroom haf hair all over it.... it was gross.
