"Booked 1 night for a business stop over in the area . Parking is charged by an app and was £15 for 24 hours. The check in was seamless and very efficient .I was given my key to the Goodwood suite . There was a lounge kitchen diner . The kitchen had all the amenities you would need a hob a dual power microwave a fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom also had a TV . And the bathroom was well equipped with a powerful rain shower. The main event was the views . You are only 100 metres from Chester...

"The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"Great location. Convienantly located near lots of attractions. Kitchen with laundry was a nice feature. Sami-flush system was loud so make sure everyone showers before anyone goes to bed at night. Lift is out or order so make sure you pack lite as you will have to carry it up the stairs."

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

Titanic Hotel Liverpool stay

"We stayed here for my birthday in February 2025. The hotel is lovely, rooms are large and very comfortable with good facilities. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Our room wasn't ready so we were given a voucher for a free drink at the bar which was fine with us. Big mention to Megan who got us checked in and helped with the car parking. "Everything about our stay at the Novotel was excellent. We arrived far later than expected but our room was not only ready but upgrades. The staff were so kind and could tell we had such a difficult day without us even mentioning it to them. It was very sweet of them to provide this for us. Room was clean and cleaning staff were friendly. The gentleman on the 15th floor cleaning rooms in the afternoon of Feb 16th was such a gem! "
