King room suite was clean and comfortable. Hotel and parking was in good condition. Breakfast was OK.

There was a stain on my sheets. I contacted the front desk and asked about changing them. The young lady told me I had to change them myself unless I want her to change them. I informed her to change them. Then she calls back stating she didn’t have a key to housekeeping area. My heater didn’t work. Neither did the elevator. The staff didn’t offer to fix any of the problems. The older lady who works over night was nice and walked me down the stairs. I was informed that I would receive a discount, still haven’t heard back from a manager. The receptionist Wyatt stated the manager wouldn’t be back until Monday. I also asked for the General Manager’s information she stated she didn’t have it. DO NOT STAY HERE.
