Personally, Insouldnt recommend the hotel is very poorly maintained. The inside if our room smelled of mold. The ceiling had patches of water damage everywhere .The front desk staff were off eating breakfast when arriving. I was automaticallt charged for valet, they removed it but if i didn't say anything they charged would have stuck. Overall, i would never stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom had hair in tub, at about 9 am each morning yard workers with blowers would start and wake me up on the 6th floor with all the machinery noise, each day. Spoke to manager about it he seem to think it was adversary when I had to raise My voice over the noise for him to hear me on the phone. This was excessively loud outside. Parking was a mystery no one knew the per day rate and it wasn’t owned by the property but it was where they valet parked cars and directed the self park patrons. Area of town is great, the interior of the hotel is nicely appointed, but dog droppings where along the walk way. The staff was helpful and good attitudes, housekeep wasn’t done because at check in no one informed me that you need to call down and request each day by 9am???? So my room the duration of the stay wasn’t cleaned, because I wasn’t informed of this until I called down and asked why it wasn’t cleaned. Very disappointed in the communication and disruptions to my stay. Nice place, good staff but not to standards of customer service concerns.

I did not like the services rendered regarding their breakfast. Their cafe of buffet was closed 12/23 until 12/26. I was not informed that I had to pay to park.

Forced valet hidden fee. No option even remotely close to park your own vehicle.
