Good not like on the pictures but ok, very hard with the parking….far from downtown in the morning 1 hr traffic
But overall is fine

Bad service
Posted 13 Jun 2019 on HotelsBad customer service, booked studio for 3 guests but when I was checking in they claim that I booked for 2 and I have to pay for extra bed " bad quality one can't even sleep on" that costs the same as the whole studio ! when I tried to sort it out with the managment they were rude and was blaming me for not reading the discription " although I book on hotels.com for over 10 years in over than 6 countries" I RECOOMEND NOT TO BOOK FROM THIS FACILITY

Dear Amjad, sry that you missed to read the conditions of our property on hotels.com. You have booked for 3 persons in a 2 person studio. The gudilines are extra EUR 5,00 per night for a Rollaway Bed. As any Hotel in this world, extra beds are subject to addtional fee. We have sent you the hotels.com link with all informations again. If you would have checked your confirmation mail, you would have seen it. Next time, pls book a 2 Room apartment for 3 or more persons and not a studio for 2. Sry for that inconvinience.

Slechte staat wegdek. Veel vuilnis overal, appartementen moeilijk te vinden en erg ver van centrum. 30 min lopen tot metro

Dear guest, thank you for your 4 from 5 stars. The metro is 15 min by walking. You have a bus station 25 meters away from the apartment. The center Unirii is indeed 30 min away. If you want something close to Unirea Mall, our studio is not the right choice. To center of Militari Area its close. Glad that you enjoyed your stay anyway.
