I have never been there, no opinion regarding the property. After I paid for the reservation, I was told that no rooms are available. I did not pay directly to the property. I paid through Expedia. The fact that the reservation was accepted and then no rooms were available shows that there is a problem. Being stranded with luggage in a foreign city after making a reservation and paying for a room is not ok.

The reservation was hotel collect. So if you didn't stay you didn't pay! So the payment issue is void. However, we are sorry that we couldn't accomodate you.

Not as advertised
Posted 21 Jun 2021 on HotelsThe location was not easy to find as there was construction work around the appartment building.
No instructions received in advance on how to get the keys for the property. We had to call the owner that did not answer straightaway so we were waiting in the rain for a while.
The appartment is very small, not fit to accommodate more than two people. Also there was a terrible smell of mold and humidity that made it very difficult to sleep.
Would not stay there again

Well you recieved the șelf check în instructions on whatsapp în the morning before you arrive to check în,and thanked me for sending it early on. So that part is not true. The șize of the apt 35m2 is exactly as advettized. If that was too small for you, you should have reserved a bigger apt. As for the smell of mold and humidity the building is new. Try being more corect. Thank you kindly.

This is listed as a 3-star executive studio which is not the case. Property does not look at all as in the photo, it is a 20-25 square meter space divided into two tiny rooms with cheap and uncomfortable furnishings. There was no coffee maker and hair dryer but were provided upon request. I urge Expedia to check this place (there are several such rooms in the building) and make the host accountable for misrepresenting this property so that future customers won’t have a similar lousy experience.

when we arrived hotel ,we were told there was no record of our registration.Then the boy called his boss ,the boss acknowledged we had registered before, but at that time there was no vacancy,the only way out was to move to another hotel he owed .We met the boss at 2:30 and checked in the new hotel at 7:00.The room is large and clean.

Posted 19 Nov 2023 on HotelsAbbiamo apprezzato l'appartamento perché a due passi dal centro, economico, e check-in in autonomia. È buono, forse, per restare al massimo una notte perché manca totalmente di areazione la casa. Bagno senza finestra con ventilatore pieno di polvere, doccia davvero troppo piccola e l'acqua cade ovunque. La finestra della camera e della cucina affaccia nell'interno di un palazzo quindi meglio non aprire , tende impolverate, tazze sporche e mancava di kit zucchero nonostante ci fosse la macchina del caffè. Non ci tornerei!

Estupendos apartamentos en el centro de la ciudad
Posted 8 Oct 2019 on HotelsLos apartamentos están nuevos y decorados con muy buen gusto. Las camas son muy cómodas y tienen todo lo necesario para tu estancia.
Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de todo.
El propietario me recibió después de tener un problema con otro establecimiento y fue muy amable y se preocupó de que todo estuviese bien.
100% recomendable. Volvería sin dudarlo.
