This hotel has beautiful views and rating the hotel in this state.. its a tired place. It is undergoing renovations so it will be difficult to rate. The street leading to it is awful too but it.promises to be better once sll the new build and renovations are complete. The beach is okay. A lot.of stones and pebbles. The.room was huge and comfortable but not sure what final renovations will be. The tv didn't work for two hours and they won't enter your room do. I spend two hours of a perfectly beautuful day because we like to watch TV in the evening. The staff is wonderful, food is good. It's okay for a couple of days for now.

Beautiful place, quiet, clean and the staff are very friendly. The place is full remodeled, I stay in 3 Bed Villa and is great for my whole family.

The property is comfortable, they have a nice clean pool, and surprisingly the food is really good, the staff is very friendly, the beach tho is very rocky and the road to get to the hotel is falling apart, but over all we had a very pleasant stay

Please don’t let the pictures fool you! The property is old and run down. The road to get to the property is unpaved and dangerous. The rooms were an old and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I wish I would have done more research on the property your best bet would be to stay closer to the tourist side of Puerto Vallarta even if you spend a little more

Good day.While the road is unkept, that is not up to us. The hotel itself underwent remodelations at the end of last year, so I'm not sure what you meant by your experience of the room, fruthermore the guests never complained while they were here, I use third person as the name of the reviewer and the one from the reservation is different.

The customer service was excellent and very attentitive! The food was great and at very reasonable prices. The 3 bedroom suite was very accomodating and had A/C's in EACH bedroom! I just wish was a usable beach because it had a lot of rock washed up. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back!
