Property is well kept the staff is very profesional and friendly. The room we stayed in was very nice and roomy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice ocean view with a more private and small pool just steps from our room where you can enjoy the view and relax. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights but we will definitely be back. The main pool area is very nice and cozy the food from the restaurant is very tasty with a fantastic and very enthusiastic crew. Special Thanks to the manager Lorena H. she made us feel right at home as soon as we got there.

If your plan is come to relax this is the place, atmosphere is amazing only bad part is that internet has a very bad connection, so even watching tv was hard

This place overall is wonderful, with the on-site restaurant with very good food, the pool and the balconies - ours had it's own hot tub; however the bubbles did not work. The grounds are very well maintained and beds were comfy. We had to deal with no hot water for nearly 2 days, which was frustrating but they were able to fix it early on day 3 and let us use a different room to shower in the night prior. The room we had was at the very top, so lots of stairs, which gave us wonderful privacy, but also was at street level, so very noisy with loud cars/motorcycles going by constantly. We loved having breakfast every morning at downstairs restaurant; but may have been charged twice for a couple of meals, since there was a mixup on what and when we paid; originally thought it was included, but also could not add to the room. Good location, about 30 mins north of Vallarta, but a short ride to the main Bucerias town which had plenty for us to explore. Some taxis are not aware that the road it is on ends if coming from town, so they had to backtrack and go a different way on the main street to get to it. This was a challenge a couple of times and added to taxi fares. It's a little far, but walkable to town from the beach, if you enjoy walking on sand.

Rejuvenating Escape
The property is beautiful, amazing views, spent a lot of time by the pool which was well cared for with chairs cleaned every morning. However, the private hot tub in our room (the reason we booked this suite) had some debris pop out of the jets and we didn’t feel comfortable using it :( Overall our time there was great.

We loved our room with a large balcony facing the ocean. It was so enjoyable to hear the waves all day and all night too! We were in room 10. The staff is most friendly, helpful, and attentive all the time! It's the perfect small hotel on the beach with a great restaurant too.

I thank everyone at Hotel Ysuri for making our trip so lovely. What an amazing place! The views, the comfy bed, the sense of serenity, the cocktails, the amazing staff...I could go on and on. Hotel and property were gorgeous. Right on the beach. About a 25min walk into the heart of Bucerias. Room was very clean and spacious. Food was amazing. The only thing I could comment on would be wishing that the staff gave more information about the area, the hotel, events, etc. We didn’t know there was live music on Tuesdays until they were setting up for it and we had already planned dinner somewhere else. Sometime our room was missing coffee or towels after they cleaned. Just little things. But overall was a wonderful stay.
