This was the perfect little space for us to have a comfortable place to sleep with a (bonus) working tv. We used the kitchen to cook too. Everything was clean and it was nice having beach towels provided. The only negative I'd mention was the space smelled of mothballs, but I'll take that over moths. There was plenty of space to park and the area was quiet at night. It was within walking distance of a few places to eat and the beach. Miss Norma was very friendly and we enjoyed our time here.

All good except the Wi Fi wasn't as good as many other's found and the TV was poor because the choice was so limited.

Very cosy and I think that was in a big part to Mervin. We had an early flight in and just needed to stay one night and he was very understanding and welcoming. It was really a pleasure to meet him. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Notes: - We had a car rental and so the beaches, mini-marts and a few eating joints within Buccoo are a very very short drive away

Tranquility found
Posted 13 Dec 2015 on HotelsWonderful 3n stay at Ms Norma's top floor studio apt (wished longer, but it was booked): nice/welcoming host (Ms Norma), private entrance, easy walk to both beaches and restaurants / supermarket down the street, and nice tropical breeze with partial sea / golf course views and beautiful birds - tranquil is an appropriate word for the place!

Pros: Very clean, modern appliances, large bathroom, very cold air conditioning, large bed, access to cable and internet wifi. The "disco" shower head cute.
Cons: Everything was perfectly fine.
Location: See above. Norma also provides excursion fliers and books on Trinidad and Tobago. Enjoy!
Stayed here for 8 nights during a relaxing vacation in Tobago. You can walk into Buccoo or it is a quick walk into Mt. Irvine to see the surfers - probably a 10 minute walk.
Norma your host is so friendly and checks up on you mid-stay if you need anything else at all. If you do not rent a car, it is easy to hail a taxi to bring you where you need to go or call ahead - cabs can run anywhere form $40 Trinidad and Tobago dollars to $80TT each way (always under $13 USD - exchange rate was 1 to 6.37 when I was there). Went to Pigeon Point several times and did not need a rental the whole trip - only one day adventure with a car - highly recommend doing that and experience driving on the left side of the road unlike the USA - go to Argyle waterfall and drive around the island if you have the time. Take advantage of snorkeling and going to the reef - it is absolutely amazing!
Overall, definitely stay here. Tobago is such a beautiful place to visit and the friendliness and hospitality was well received. I would love to visit again someday.
