Nice, safe location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean with a nice view of the river and across from a mall. Wonderful pool for children (although we don't have children), however too cold to swim. The pool needs to stay a little warmer to be able to use.

The Hilton Garden Inn Ann Arbor exceeded expectations in nearly every way. From the moment we stepped into the stylish lobby, we were impressed by the modern decor and warm welcome. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Ann Arbor, with easy access to shopping, dining, and the university. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day.
While our overall experience was wonderful, we did find the pool area to be a bit outdated. A refresh would elevate this already enjoyable amenity.
Despite this minor critique, we highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Ann Arbor and look forward to returning in the future.

I recently stayed at the hilton garden inn hotel and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, which is always a big priority for me. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the hotel's location was quite convenient for the activities I had planned. I also found the bed to be very comfortable, and we enjoyed a well-rested night. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The bathroom has a loose floor tile that needs to be repaired but otherwise the room was great

Staff was very helpful. I informed them that there was poison ivy hanging over the sidewalk and they took care of it.
On the down side.
They need to bring back the FREE breakfast.
Yes we had the option of paying for it. Then it’s not free.
And my husband is an awards member. He was supposed to get 2 bottles of water free. But my room had a 3 tag to the water bottles
