It's a good motel for the category it's in. It's old and run down. However, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has air conditioning. We stayed for a UofM football game, and it's close to the stadium. So I'd stay there again, but probably only during a football game, as they were much more affordable than places like Hampton or Holiday Inn during football weekend.

Rooms are very old & not kept up. Carpet stained, shower didn’t work, no hot water in sink, very lumpy pillows, security latch on door just hanging there.

Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. Mold in shower. Handles missing from drawers. Towels so small they didnt even wrap around. No deadbolt on door.

I legitimately have never left a review anywhere but this place is vile, it smells so gnarly in every room and the rooms have lots of mold. The photos are not accurate. I booked for 3 nights and they did refund my second 2 after complaining and leaving which was the only positive... that i could get out of there without getting scammed for 2 more nights.
