It is a MOTEL not a hotel. Calling it an Inn is misleading.
Outside stairs were dirty and obviously not swept in ages.
Door to motel room was dirty and needed painting and hinges covered in rust. Walls stained and needed painting and were dirty. When it stormed water came in under the door.
When arrived and opened the door saw big stain on the carpet. One light was out. The device in faucet that enables shower fell out. Shower rod covered in rust. Bathroom cupboard door unable to open without door falling off. Scotch tape alongside of vanity was hanging off and full of wood dust. When first arrived and opened door of room the smell of bleach was extremely strong and took a couple of days to go away because no vent in bathroom to take bleach smell out or steam out. Cracked tiles in bathroom and part of toilet roll holder cracked off. THE MOTEL IS IN A TERRIBLE STATE OF DISREPAIR.

The pictures of the room on the website are NOTHING like the real thing. The room was dirty, the bathroom and shower were dirty, and the small fridge did not work. As soon as we told the worker about the fridge, he did replace it, however. The continental breakfast was a joke. We had to go out to eat for breakfast because there was very little choice at the hotel. We will NEVER go there again and we will NEVER recommend it to anyone. The University Inn says it has the lowest rates around and I can see why...

“Continental breakfast” was just bagels or toast with 3 choices of Jam. Wasn’t the cleanest either.

Buildings were cute. Property needs numerous repairs, painting, door lock upgrades and updated.
