The continental breakfast was very poor. Very limited selection. I tried the yogurt and it was slightly frozen. I would have chosen something else but not enough selection to choose from. The coffee was absolutely awful. At check-in the attendant forgot to have me sign a form. I got a call when I am fast asleep asking me to come down and sign form. I asked if I could sign it in the morning. They agreed with the request. I go back to sleep. I am later awakened with another phone call asking if someone can come to my door to have me sign the paperwork. I agreed, but was greatly annoyed having been awakened twice.

The room was ok the only hold back is the shower doesn't have any soap or dish holders for any items needed to shower with.....

I didn't get to stay there. Problems with reservation wasn't right and I couldn't get a room.

Our policy requires that the name on the ID matches the reservation and that a credit card ( not debit card) is presented for incidentals to ensure the security of all our guests and your debit card too had decline with no funds to validate check in. Unfortunately, the requirements could not be met, and we were unable to proceed with your check-in. The property has continually shown signs of wear and tear over the years without much improvement. There always seems to be some issue that needs to be fixed. This time it was a fire alarm going off in the next room and the room A/C not working. However, the staff have always been extremely good at fixing things and are friendly. They always seem to be very good at what they do. This place might be ok for just an overnight stay and there is a breakfast included.

We apologize for the inconvenience; we are extremely sorry, but it was not fire alarm at all it was next door room clock/radio timer was going off and the AC per our staff appears to be that you just needed help on operating as it was controlled from the wall thermostat. We apologize but our staff are here 24/7 to take care of any concern that guest may have difficulties personally related to the room and seems we took care of it but was not to your expectations. We will continue to do better as we are actively doing improvement as well perhaps you may not have noticed since last you stayed with us was several years back...and we hope you continue to come back with us. Room was ok but didn’t have a tub and the shower didn’t have a soap tray nor shelf to put anything on.
