I never checked in and was unable to cancel my reservation through Expedia. The hotel hasn’t been able to help me or connected me to the best representative.

It is very convenient in terms of amenities and affordability. Liked the kitchen option inside the room.

Bathroom door is broken, heater is not working no toilet paper in bathroom.

Musky smell in room, no chairs in room, no phone in room. Beds were uneven and moved when you rolled over.

We left as soon as we got to our rooms and found roaches, no linens or shower curtain, open window because a/c didnt work, smelled like smoke, sticky floors... staff was not helpful at all.

Property was dirty. Base boards and floor were dirty. Roaches we seen crawling on the floor in our room. The lobby area smelled like week and smoke for it to be a nonsmoking place. One staff member looked to be high and just came from smoking.

Although this property looks well kept on the outside the inside is not. The halls smelled like musty smoke. The sheets and towels were laundered but stained, the floor smelled like it was clean but a thick slick film remained. After checking in the room we found lots of leftover food in the fridge from the previous occupant. In hindsight I wish I would have spent a little more to get a room I felt was clean and safe for my one night stay. Sticking to Hilton in the future.

This MOTEL DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR! IT IS THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE IN THE WHOLE WORLD IT’S FILTHY. IT STINKS. IT’S GROSS AND THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER. DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING. THEY ARE SO ILLITERATE IT’S PITIFUL. I WOULD NOT LET MY DOGS STAY THERE. The place reeks of urine, don’t get trapped in this place. You might come out with the disease.
