We booked & paid upfront in full for 2 nights. They double booked us, kicked us out of our room after the first night and we had to sleep on the floor at our son’s college apartment.
Took 4 days to get a refund and no apology. Unacceptable

The turkey didn’t work. Had to fix it myself. Told the front desk they said they would send some in the morning. I told them no thank you I fixed it as best as I could to use. They never offer an alternative.

The location of the property was great and the room was clean. We had an issue when we tried to use the hot tub as the water was not in the least bit hot. We also accidently locked our bathroom door. No one was on location to unlock it for us, but the front desk gave us another room.
