Great property and helpful staff! we loved our "roomy bath"! We had a great view and the deep round bath is wonderful. The only problem is there is no table or shelf next to the the tub so there is nowhere to set any shampoo or soap ...or perhaps a drink. Another issue is there is no wardrobe. he bed was excellent.
Regarding the breakfast - the selection is very limited and unless you like the Peruvian style offering it's disappointing. There are no cereals or plain yogurt for example and other than a flavored yogurt, some sort of muesli mix, a fruit salad and croissants there is nothing unless you order the a la carte selection which is very limited. A comprehensive buffet style breakfast would be a welcome addition.

Hotel design is great, staff are lovely. Great walking distance to the center, only downside was the area around the closest North train station

We stayed here during Christmas time and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. It was so beautiful inside and we recommend people to stay here if they’re visiting Brussels.

Limited options at and around the hotel. Late check out was charged by the hour even though through hotels own admission it was not busy

Dog friendly with a lovely teepee and ceramic bowl already set up in the room. Were able check in slightly early.
