Too much noise st night ... people screaming and talking in the street ... also extra charges for cleaning and taxes

Do not use this company or book this apartment

Representative from Sweet Inns met us and and immediately told us there was an issue with a leak and he had to repair it whilst we were checking in. The stench of rotten water into the floor was overbearing, the apartment was dirty and not the correct apartment that I had booked. He spoke to his manager and told me that there was nothing they could do about the problems. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not like it I could go and find a hotel for the night! He was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Having used Sweet Inns before without an issue I will certainly not recommend them to anyone after this experience. Hotels.com were of no help and will not refund the cost of the apartment.

Sweet Inn has many apartments in Brussels and on hotels.com website the apartments are on a cluster. For you to see just the pictures of your apartment you have to select it specifically. We feel really concerned if the apartment was not clean enough and we're investigating the matter. Great location and so much space!
Posted 11 Apr 2018Fantastic apartment and location, but the staff were difficult to reach via.e-mail. They did respond to phone calls - If you have a cell in Brussels, you'll be OK.

cheap and close to center
Posted 11 Dec 2016 on Hotelsa center location, cheap and comfortable. it lack services such as T.V. (only one channel), and sometimes you can smell something foul, which in my opinion is from the sewage., and the sink plugs sometimes

Apartment hotel 2 minutes from European Parliament
Posted 24 Jul 2016We had a great stay here- apartment was very comfortable and had a high level of comfort and quality of furnishings (outdoor terrace with view of rooftops and church). Self-catering facilities, two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in living room, shower room, separate toilet and another bathroom with hand shower and bath. Quiet location, but still ideally located for European Parliament, 20 minute walk to Art and musical instrument museums, 30 minute walk to the Grand Place. Supermarket, wine shops, beautician and a wonderful fish shop just around corner, and a market selling delicious fish, cheese, olives, bread in Place du Luxumbourg on Thursdays. The apartment was not within a hotel so we had to make arrangements ahead of arrival so that we could be met at the apartment block and given the key- the rep was already there waiting for us on arrival. We had a telephone number to contact a rep of the hotel if we needed assistance. The lack of hotel setting did not cause any problems for us, but there was no fast/easy fix (as would happen in a hotel) if things (like a noise from the cistern) needs adjusted. We were able to arrange a late 'check out' so that we could leave our luggage in the apartment until later in the day but if the apartment had been booked for another party that day, this facility may not have been available to us. On the other hand the self-catering facilities and a washing machine meant that we had on hand facilities which a hotel would not offer.

Un excellent oui, mais...
Posted 16 Mar 2019 on HotelsL'accueil et la prise en charge sont très bons. Personnel amiable et attentionné. L'équipement et l'aménagement sont fé bonne qualité. Dommage que les termes du contrat de réservation ne sont pas respectés. Facturation d'un service (nettoyage) présenté comme inclu dans le prix initial.

Meget beskidt og nedslidt lejlighed.

Pros: Udsigten og beliggenheden i forhold til mine behov.
Cons: Mangel på rengøring og vedligeholdelse.
Lejligheden var ved ankomsten overhovedet ikke gjort rent. Der var gammel mad og drikke i beskidt køleskab. Ingen af gulvene var rengjorte. Indtørrede pletter på køkkengulvet, nullermænd under borde mm, masser af skidt i gulvtæpperne, mange hår på badeværelsesgulv, hår i badekar, hår på et af toiletterne, meget skidt i køkkenskabe osv. Lejligheden er generelt meget lidt vedligeholdt og trænger til en gennemgribende rengøring og opdatering. Ti ud af 14 dage var der intet lys i gangen mellem elevator og entredør, der var kulsort. Eneste plus er udsigten og en meget stor balkon. Og ved ankomsten bliver man afkrævet 40 Euro for rengøring ved afrejsen!!!!!
