Very friendly staff. Anthony, Restaurant Manager, was excellent. Only issue on NYE was that I had called from the UK to book dinner and it was not communicated to the restaurant. On arrival, we were told that there was no booking but that they would fit us in. I called again hours before the booking and was told by the same woman that the booking was confirmed. When I went to the restaurant, again we were told that there was no booking on NYE but luckily Anthony fit us in. I found this to be very unprofessional and incompetent on part of the woman who I had spoken to on the phone. Luckily Anthony was excellent and gave us a nice table.

Great location and wonderfully hospitable staff that were very obliging. Particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was exceptional. Sadly a few things didn't meet expectations: very poor wifi signal that regularly dropped out across multiple devices in multiple places in the hotel. The gym equipment was very limited and what was available was broken. Our rooms air conditioner was broken which meant we needed to move rooms. The staff were very good about this.

Recently stayed here as a birthday treat for my partner and had such an amazing experience! A huge shoutout to Clara for her personal touches and for making the experience so special. Hotel was perfectly fine. It was built in the 2000s and it's style was starting to show it's age a little bit. The staff was nice and the location is nice enough.
