The room was not what expected. A family room should never have 4 bunk beds and thr family room picture online has a bed. That is false advertisement. The room beds also have bed bugs. all my family is bitten and it was not an overall pleasant experience. Would really like some type of compensation.

The hostel is on a good location, walking distance from the Central Station and the metro. There are also a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as many sites in walking distance.

I love how convenient the property is except you have to pay for storing your luggage

The place closes to Grand Place, lots to see and eat in short walking distance. But it could get noises from outside at night. The bed is ok, washroom is clean, and inside the room. Good for short stays.

Liked convenient location to the town center and the central train station. The staff were very helpful. The building is old though and has a lot of wear.

Very convenient location. Not too bad for the price and location. Rooms are slightly hot and noisy due to the location.
