Excellent personnel with quality service. Good breakfast. Paid for a premium room but the room given does not look nor appear like the premium rooms I know in europe. To me it was a standard room. Notified front desk about this.

The location is great it is in the middle of everything you can walk to the Christmas markets shop, dine…The staff are very helpful and very welcoming it is the best hotel in the area . We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back.
