My only complaint is that my adapter would not work only in the bathroom, so I could not use any of my hair tools to get ready in the bathroom.

Lovely place to stay and so close to the main areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. We was given a complimentary small bottle of water in our room everyday but it wasn't enough for a family of 4. A water filling station would have been lovely. (we didn't see one but doesn't mean they didn't have one) would stay here again!

We only stayed 24 hours, but I loved the staff the food was great, the pool great for the kiddos. It was walking distance to grand plaza. Lots to do and see walking. Also walking distance to the main train station, it took us 30 to get from the BRU to the hotel by train. Overall would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Loved the proximity to Grand Place. Staff was friendly. Awa helped us out in directing us to the train station saying it was easier to walk than grab a cab. I will be back in Brussels again and will stay at Novotel. Kate D.
