"I particularly liked the lounge on the 24th floor, I would argue that it is very much worth it to book a room that includes access. The room we had booked was spacious and had a great view over Brussels. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved the layout of the room. The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice addition to the perfect room. The only regret I have is that around 10:20, so 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast, certain items were already unavailable. I would argue that this should not happen. I do not expect to have every single cake or fruit to be restocked until 10:59, but 40 minutes is unacceptable. Overall, it was still the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway, and we will be back."

"Amazing location, great value for the quality of accommodation. Lovely staff. Rooftop bar. Minutes from train station and Grande Place yet nice and quiet at night. Super comfy bed, free bottle of wine and room upgrade. "

"A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them. "

"I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. It was opened on Sunday night but I was not available. I went down on Monday night and it was closed again. You can still have a drink and bar food in the main foyer, but it is a different ambience. "We had a nice stay. It was a little off the beaten path so if you want to stay in the center of everything this is not it. It was quiet. We went down for coffee after breakfast was closed and they were very friendly and we got our coffee even with the bar being closed. We would stay here again. "
