Nice staff but very understaffed. No tea or coffee making facilities in bedroom.

The stay was amazing, the staff were very kind and helpful. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the metro station that will take you to the city centre in around 25min.

The staff was lovely and our stay was fine but it was a long metro ride from the city center for a tiny room with no AC and sirens outside the window all night. Restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel were nonexistent.

We understand your concerns regarding the distance from the city center and regret that the metro ride felt longer than anticipated. Although our rooms are designed to maximize space and efficiency, we apologize if you found your room to be smaller than expected. We are currently unable to offer air conditioning in all our rooms, but we do have options available for rooms with AC for an additional fee, and we provide extra fans upon request to ensure our guests' comfort. Regarding the disturbance from sirens, we provide earplugs and recommend our quieter executive rooms for a more serene environment. We acknowledge the limited restaurant options within immediate walking distance and are continually exploring ways to enhance our guests' dining experiences. Nonetheless, our hotel restaurant serves a variety of fresh meals daily, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you there during your next visit.Finally, we are pleased to remind you that our ibis Kitchen offers a range of delicious meals, and we are constantly updating our menu to offer the best dining experience. The room was pretty small. No where to place your luggages. No nearby restaurants.

Everything is small. We booked rooms there because our relatives live 5 driving minutes away.
