Staff were very warm and friendly at all times. Location very good, only minutes to get to the Grand Place. Lots of restaurants and bars and cafes. Only thing that would have been nice would have been to have tea making facilities in the room.

I enjoyed my stay here! Super central location and I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - right in the city center of Brussels. Even with this proximity, it manages to be quiet at night. The rooms themselves are definitely old and somewhat unclean. Good if you want to be close or city center - but would be nice if they could clean the rooms and showers a bit more thoroughly. The staff are are awesome tho!

This a very nice boutique hotel in a fantastic location. While the rooms are not large, it was all that was needed to enjoy the sights and dining options of Brussels.
