Location right next to the Grand Place was everything.Proximity to shops, restaurants and markets excellent.

Excellent location everything in walking distance. Quick friendly check in and luggage store. Room was spacious with a bath too.

I had researched the hotel offerings in the area extensively and chosen this hotel for the location, price and laundry service. Turns out the info online that stated they had laundry service was outdated. They have none. Closest laundromat about a 10 min walk. Expedia listing said the breakfast was an extra charge, but when we got to the hotel, it was included. And it was decent. Our taxi driver said they couldn’t drive on the ‘road’ the hotel was on, although we did see others do so. The closest real road is a 90 second walk. The location is great - very walkable to most tourist attractions. It can be loud at times due to people at restaurants late into the night. Like, really loud, and even some singing if you’re lucky! The reception has the less expensive coffee around and it’s good!

The location is 10/10. Delirium Village is 2 minutes away. Everything is within walking distance. Loads of restaurants around. Hotel is outdated but clean. Staff were friendly. It comes with free breakfast, so no complaints.
