Room was in great shape except for the broken frame of the window

The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition.

The staff are nice and the value of price is great. Located in the centre of town and really easy to access.

Comfortable room with kitchen facilities. Bed comfortable, nice toiletries provided plus plenty of towels. Good storage spaces. Very clean. Everything you could need in a kitchen(except a tea-towel for drying dishes). No air-con but a fan was provided

No mention there is NO air conditioning.
Only one small and old portable fan.
Extremely noisy outside
Rubbish smell full of Carpark

Posted 22 Jul 2024 on Hotelspros: steps away from metro station - with easy access to bruxelles central station/atomium etc. Surrounding area with numerous good restaurants/variety. Lively square out front/old fish market. Easy walk to main tourists sites.
cons: stayed for 7 nights - they only provided 1 day of cleaning (and you had to place a sign on your door that says you want it, or else) They said it was their policy. Ridiculous - was never mentioned in Hotels.com website. NO airconditioning. It was so hot; window can open - but the surrounding sounds echoed through, esp with the busy square out front. Many folks there in the wee hours, esp on friday/sat/sun.

Great hotel, great location
Posted 4 Jun 2024 on HotelsExcellent location, room is large by European standards, kitchenette is very handy and well equipped. There's even a laundromat in the hotel! Staff were pleasant and thorough with explanations. Very pleased with our stay here.
