Not that keen on my room this time with scuffed flooring but spacious enough. But I would return yet again for its proximity to the Sablon and museums. Not so keen on the perfumed lobby

Staff are great, polite and helpful. But… this is not a four star.. corridors and breakfast look like a youth hostel, we stayed in a suite, basic furnishing, scratched white floor and faded untidy rugs, not what you would expect from a four star hotel suite. Disappointed.

Great location near the train and metro station. Room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool is small, but very warm and relaxing. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Cons: Stuff required more training. Being in the city center means it can be noisy at night. We were woken up at 3 a.m. by drunk people yelling outside. The elevator was out of service. Pros: Good breakfast and easy access to the city center.

Great location, on a quiet street, 5 mins from shops and bakeries and 10 mins walk from metro stations, the Grand Place and restaurants. Spacious rooms in a minimalist/Scandi style and was fantastic to have a spa pool and sauna. Unfortunately the elevator was broken throughout our stay and we were given a room on the top floor. Our request to see if there was a room available on a lower floor was met with ‘the stairs are good for your health’ from the receptionist. After requesting again, they did reassign us a room on the second floor, for us to find it was already occupied by a guy relaxing, undressed on his bed. They did apologise and find us an available room. Would recommend one of the many nearby bakeries for breakfast rather than the hotel breakfast for €23pp. A nice hotel but our experience wasn’t great for a 4* hotel.

Very clean and Excellent customer service. Good location which close to Museum and walking distance to Grand Place. I definitely will stay there again.
