"Overall it was pretty good. Only thing was as a Platinum (Expedia VIP) the breakfast wasnt included which expedia claimed in its terms. However, the staff was great and did offer a late checkout."

"The decor and ambience was perfect! Chilled, cosy and inviting all around the hotel with a nice vibe buzzing with relaxed and interesting guests. TOPE on the roof was a great little Taco paradise with chilled music and great cocktails. The rooms although smaller than anticipated (stayed in Roomy Bath) were clean, with great athestics and a great comfortable bed, and bathroom was great too! Above all else, the staff were great. Helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived exhausted from an overnight flight. The front desk staff went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us. The room was spacious and beautiful. We will be returning!"

"I chose this location as it was close to the Square conference center (less than 15 minute walk) for a business trip. My room was very cute and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I did not get a chance to try breakfast but I regretted that each day as it smelled delicious and was all locally sourced. "Property was in a great location. Walkable to all attractions and Central station. Lots of great restaurants and bars around. Property itself is fairly basic but has coffee in the room and refrigerator. Beds were comfy and I would recommend for the price"

"Stayed 2 nights asa stopover from Amsterdam toward London. The hotel itself was conveninently located right above Brussel-Midi, where the Eurostar and local trains were all located, and 2-3 train/tram stops away from the main city centre where all the sights were. This location is the main reason why we stayed and I would say the convenience is much recommended to folks who want a short and convenient stay in Brussels. The room itself was fine and served its purpose."

"The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...
