The bathtub had a big crack on the bottom that they tried to patch. I’m sure that water is seeping through Floors were dirty.

Shower nor coffee maker in room worked. When reported at front desk was told manager wasn’t in she would tell her. Was not pleased.

The Quality Inn was nice and reasonably priced but no wifi and no phone . This is unacceptible in an emergency.

Property was dirty and smelled quite bad, AC unit was so noisy it kept us awake but was too hot to turn it off. Beds were comfortable enough. Staff were obliging but not very friendly. Breakfast was ok but the female cook was quite grumpy.

I’m 84 years old with 2 knee replacements and if I had known that I was going to be on the 2nd floor I would not have made the reservation
