A lovely restored 1839 mansion with beautiful individually furnished rooms and a fabulous ground floor bar, living room & dining room. Would definitely go back.

Very cute hotel, room was clean and decorated really nice. We also enjoyed the bar at night and the breakfast in the morning. If we are in the area we would stay there again.

This was last stop in our 10 day honeymoon trip. 165 was the perfect closeout. Choice to stay at 165 was how close you were to the train. We had lots of luggage and you were kind and held it while we toured town. Tell Curtis he made our stay special. Breakfast was one of the best even after being on a 6 day cruise. No doubt we will stay with you when we visit the area soon. We noticed and appreciated all the special considerations.

Very convenient to Maine street and to the local university . Free coffee in morning . Nice staff .
