All staff were nice. The room I was in had no AC. The room was hot. I paid extra for a room with the jetted tub. I had to switch rooms. I also found a cockroach in the tub. I’ve spoken to staff and management and got nothing terms of credits or refunds. I paid extra for a room that I could not stay in.

We've stayed in 4 hotels in the last 8 days on a driving trip to visit family. This was, in many ways, the best of the lot...BUT, we were in a "handicap accessible room " because my husband's in a wheelchair and the way the bathroom door swung out into the hallway at the main door into the room made it almost impossible to get the wheelchair into the bathroom.
