Location and because it’s getting cold smoking rooms were an option upon arrival. The rooms were a nice size. Many upgrades needed. Bathrooms especially. Over all I was comfortable and the price was very affordable just bring cleaning supplies and raid. Windows need a screen to keep bugs out!
